Where a freelancer or independent referral partner introduces a bona fide project opportunity that is accepted, awarded and commercially realized, RAWTHERS may agree a referral commission or success fee.
Important: Commission is not automatic. Any referral fee, percentage, payment trigger and entitlement must be agreed separately in writing. A freelancer or referral partner has no authority to bind RAWTHERS, issue commitments on its behalf, use company credentials without approval, or represent themselves as an employee or agent unless expressly authorized.
