Site Safety

Planning safe access, work areas, supervision, housekeeping and coordination before and during execution.

PPE & Work Controls

Appropriate PPE, task controls and permit requirements should reflect the activity, risk assessment and site rules.

Emergency Preparedness

Clear escalation, emergency contacts, safe evacuation awareness and coordination with responsible site parties.

Subcontractor Expectations

Subcontractors and site teams are expected to comply with project HSE rules, toolbox talks, permits and supervision requirements.

Environmental Responsibility

Good housekeeping, responsible material handling, waste segregation and avoiding unnecessary environmental impact.

Reporting & Improvement

Observations, incidents and corrective actions should be recorded and followed through to support continuous improvement.

HSE responsibilities are integrated into planning, supervision, coordination and daily site activities, subject to project-specific requirements and applicable UAE regulations.

Before Work

Review scope, site conditions, hazards, access, permits, method statements, risk assessments, manpower competency and emergency arrangements.

During Work

Toolbox talks, PPE, barriers, housekeeping, supervision, safe tools/equipment, work-at-height controls, electrical isolation and hot-work controls as applicable.

Inspection & Close-Out

Routine inspections, observations, corrective action tracking, snag clearance and safe demobilisation.

Subcontractor Control

Subcontractors are expected to follow project HSE requirements, approved methods, permits, toolbox talks and supervision instructions.

QUALITY POLICY

RAWTHERS aims to deliver work that meets agreed scope, specifications, approved materials, project requirements and client expectations through planned inspection, coordination and accountable close-out.

Quality Controls

  • Review drawings, scope and technical requirements before execution.
  • Use approved or agreed materials and relevant product data.
  • Coordinate samples, mock-ups and inspections where required.
  • Monitor workmanship and rectify non-conforming work.
  • Maintain project records appropriate to the scope.

Handover & Improvement

  • Snagging and closure before handover.
  • Testing and commissioning where applicable.
  • As-built / O&M documentation where part of the contract.
  • Capture lessons learned and corrective actions for improvement.
UAE SUMMER AWARENESS

Heat Stress Prevention Starts Early.

General awareness guidance for hot-weather work. Project-specific instructions and applicable UAE requirements take priority.

  • Drink water regularly and do not wait until you feel very thirsty.
  • Use suitable head protection and sun protection when outdoors.
  • Take scheduled breaks in shaded or cooled areas.
  • Plan strenuous work thoughtfully during extreme heat.
  • Supervisors should watch for unusual fatigue, dizziness, confusion or other signs of heat stress.
  • Escalate suspected heat illness immediately through site emergency procedures.
